We offer discounts for bulk orders and more loose payment terms (ie: only 50% upfront and the rest of amount in within 10 days from after delivery).

If you are not satisfied with the effects of your ordered product (for a good reason) you can simply return the unused and unopened drugs (ie: foils, vials, amps) and we will exchange those products or we will refund you accordingly with that part.

We ship by regular mail in discreet small bubble padded envelopes. We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. The products are shipped in their original boxes and we attach "how-to-use" instructions in English. Please specify us if you want us to remove their original packaging in order to minimaze the shipment volume or to keep an even lower profile on package.

All the products have printed the expiration date on them - if a product is near expiration date we don't sell it. When we run low in a particular item we will notify you about that. However we are refilling our stocks once a week. You can place your order anytime, even in weekends. We will respond you in few hours. However we don't ship on weekends but we will respond to all requests.

Our company name (website name) is not indicated on any package, we don't use labels that identify the content or nature of the products inside and we also ship from vary points from Europe as well to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successful delivery. We post several different return addresses (mostly middle or large PO-Boxes - *a must in order to receive the possible returned packages). We have special proven methods to ensure your safety. We wrap the amps or the vials in highly absorbant paper towels: that protect the ampoules from shocks. If the vials broke then the towels will absorb the liquid and the package will not leak. Usually we put those paper towels inside a bubble-wrapped pouche. After that we put the content in plain brown boxes looking that the weight to be no more that 4 pounds. If the weight is more than that we will split the order in several boxes with no additional costs (afterall that means a larger order...). We also accept custom packaging requests (whatever you consider useful in order to ensure your package arrival).

Orders are normally processed and cleared in no more than 1-2 business days. Sometimes however due to the big volume of the orders it could happen to delay the delivery 1 or 2 days more but we will inform you. If a product is not available we will inform you about that prior to your payment. We refill our products stock every week.

We currently accept only western union, moneygram and e-gold payments. Some of our returning customers can use bank wire transfers but only if and when we establish a good, thrustworthy relationship. However we don't recommend nor accept the last method of payment for new customers. All necessary payment details will be send to your email as soon as your order is submitted. Once you receive the payment details follow the payment instructions carefully and that way you will avoid unnecessary delays.
